I joined Chiltern as a management trainee in February 2011, following an interview with Adrian. He gave me a great opportunity to be part of something remarkable in Chiltern Railways. Adrian was a truly a visionary, inspirational leader, showing nothing was impossible, providing unfailing support to show what a force for good a railway can be. I shall always be in Adrian's debt.
